— Can we schedule a call before booking?
Of course! Let's hop on a video call to talk through your day, what you’re envisioning, and what matters most to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet—a general idea of the day is more than enough.
This is also the perfect time to ask any questions before making a decision. After our call, I’ll put together a personalized proposal with final pricing and a clear description of what’s included. You’ll receive the proposal the same day as our meeting.
— What add-ons are available?
Add-ons include a second photographer, recommended for weddings with 120+ guests, as well as a film photography option.
One-photographer packages are photographed by Marzio. Two-photographer packages are planned as Marzio + Ambe, with a trusted second photographer provided in the rare event that Ambe is unavailable.
— How many photos will we receive?
For an 8-hour wedding, we typically deliver 500+ photos. If you add the film package, you can expect 100+ film images as well.
— How do you deliver your photos?
Your photos will be delivered through an online gallery, available for a minimum of one year. You’ll be able to download images in two formats: web size and full resolution.
— How long will it take to receive our gallery?
Around 8 weeks during the busiest time of the year (May–November). If your wedding is in the off-season, you can expect a quicker turnaround.
—When will we talk about the wedding timeline?
As the wedding gets closer, we’ll schedule a final planning call to walk through the full timeline together and make sure every detail is covered. We’ll also talk through locations for portraits, family photos, and any other logistics so the day feels organized and stress-free. In the meantime, you can always reach out by email if questions come up along the way.
— We’re not sure how many hours we’ll need yet. Can we still book?
My suggestion is to book the minimum coverage for now and add more hours later, if needed. You can always extend coverage or adjust your start time as your plans come together.
— How do we officially book you?
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for the retainer. Your date is officially reserved once both are completed.
— Do you travel for weddings, and are travel fees included?
Yes, we do! Travel fees, taxes, and any additional expenses will all be clearly included in your final proposal.
