Do you offer custom hours packages?
Yes. If your wedding schedule is different than the standard 8-hours event please get in touch with us and we’ll be able to give you a custom quote.
Can we meet you?
Absolutely, we love to meet our couples at our studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn or via Skype/Facetime.
What is a typical timeline in your booking process?
In order to book us we go through a simple contract + deposit process. Once that is confirmed, we would schedule an itinerary meeting where we’ll go through the hour-by-hour timeline of the day (at the time of the booking many things could still be undecided, so we can schedule this on a later date).
Before your wedding we’ll always have an open line of communication, so we can be updated if any changes are made. If you are working with a planner, we will make sure to interact with him/her as well.
How many photos do we receive?
For an 8 hour wedding we deliver a minimum of 500 edited images. The pictures will be delivered in a curated online gallery. From there you'll be able to browse and download the images.
In what format do you deliver the images?
We deliver the images in high quality JPEG format. You will be able to download the files in both full resolution and web-size.
Are the photos edited?
Yes, all the photos that are delivered are fully edited.
What are the advantages of having two photographers?
The majority of the weddings we have shot were 8+ hours days where the groom and the bride didn't meet until the ceremony. The great thing about being a team is that we can separate and cover everything independently, even when things happens in different locations.
How long does it take to receive our photos? We're excited!
Typically between 3 to 4 weeks depending on the season. We know how excited you are to receive them, so we love to give sneak peeks on social media!
Are you insured?
Yes. Please let us know if your venue requires a certificate.
